James Wilson is a Director at Old Capital Lending. They do over $2 billion in loans annually.

Alexia Tuttle is a nutrition expert, entrepreneur, and real estate investor. She is Co-Founder of Tuttle Equity and Tuttle Nutrition.

We chatted with Rick and Crystal Rumer about how they got started with land note origination. They currently have about $8 million in performing notes, and they originate consistently $2-3 million in notes per quarter.
